Ahoy Mates!  Set Sail to Pasadena for an informative and fun CSLA, Southern Section, Region 2 Workshop on Saturday, October 25th!
 
 
 
Spend the morning learning about the latest Young Adult Literature and then shop at Vroman’s Bookstore with your special 20% discount.  We’ll lounge for an hour or so for a no host lunch and then those who would like to join us can delight in a tour of the paintings, grounds and gardens at the Huntington Library.
 
 
Here is our schedule for the day:
 
 
    9:00  -  9:30 AM                     Check in and Continental Breakfast at Vroman's
                                                  Bookstore, 695 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena,   
                                                  Calif., 91101
                                            
                9:30 - 10:30 AM                     Book talking by Young Adult specialist
 
              10:30 - 11:30 AM                     Shopping at Vroman’s with 20% discount
 
11:45 - 12:45 PM                     LUNCH (no host) List of options will be provided
 
                  1:15 PM                              Tour of Huntington Estate
                                         FREE to the first twenty CSLA members who 
                                         RSVP by October 3, 2008.  All others pay $18.00
                                         per person.
 
 
Booktalking and Special discount FREE to CSLA members. 
 Non-members, $25.00.
