[CALIBK12] [LM_NET] Automated Library Retrieval System

I believe they've had a system like this for years at Sonoma State, Cathy.
It isn't new technology. Many large academic libraries have to store many of
their older, less used books, and systems like this provide an automated way
to retrieve them. The UC system has a central book depository for such
items, as well.
