April and CAlib;

            BrainPop is FABULOUS! I often use one to introduce a library
research unit to make the curriculum connection with what the teacher
has been doing in class. There are also a few that are good for library
as well, though they are found through the Language Arts section. I've
written BrainPop and asked them to create a Dewey one with Tim and Moby.
Wouldn't that be neat?

            I've linked BrainPop to my keep-it-simple "Read to Succeed"
Web site (http://www.freewebs.com/planetdebdave/ because our district
has bought the rights for kids to login at home until 5:00 each evening.
Teachers also have an administrative login.

Looking forward to an outstanding state conference!

We are considering purchasing BrainPOP for student use. Do any of you
use it and my principal would like to know if it has it been an
effective program?

Thanks,
