[CALIBK12] Ideas for appearance discrimination

Hi, I am trying to round out some ideas for a gate English 10 class for a teacher that approached me to collaborate. We need to find articles and resources addressing both sides of the appearance issue when job hunting. We are building references for a quick research project followed by an essay. Thanks in advance for any ideas. Sometimes, just the best search terms or terminology is all that is needed to get the most productive results.
