[CALIBK12] Awful news about CTAP Region 4 (was: Cancellation of June 4 CTAP Council Meeting)

To which legislative, governmental and educational policy audiences do you
suggest I direct my communication about this unfortunate decision? I want to
get the message to the right folks at the right levels. This is tragic as
CTAP is one of the few reliable technology training opportunities we have
access to. We can't "buy" these resources with our small, grossly
underfunded district's dismal budget outlook for over the next two years.
Our teachers need this training resource now more than ever.
