[CALIBK12] Sample Policy Language

Colleagues,

I am in great need of some help with finding sample library policy  
language in regards to staffing.

Does anyone have sample language I can look at that deals with when  
teacher librarian leaves
the position and is replaced with classified library staff?  Having  
another teacher librarian is not an option
as this was a prep period position at elem. and that has changed to a  
science prep period now.

I just learned that I need to have this to my supervisor tomorrow  
morning.
