[CALIBK12] Work and Payment Contracts

What kind of work contracts do you arrange for students working off textbook or library debts?
 
In the few contracts I have arranged, the kids are usually more trouble than it is worth because they are unskilled, and there are a limited number of things I can have them do (especially at the Junior High level).
 
Also, does anyone have a contract written up that I could use?  I have a payment contract, but not a work contract (attached).
