Hello calib folks!
CTAP Region 1 has partnered up with our Classroom Learning 2.0
tutorial and is offering their own branded CTAP 2.0 tutorial to all
classroom teachers. Join us in spreading the word! Pass it on to your
site and district administrators as well as to the other venues that
classroom teachers turn to in your district for professional
development information.
Those of you who have finished School Library Learning 2.0 could offer
your assistance as cheerleaders and site/district leaders. This is an
excellent way to bring focus on librarians and 2.0 applications...and
an excellent 'advocacy in action' project. Here's the official
announcement:
______________
The California Technology Assistance Project (CTAP Region I) and the
California School Library Association (CSLA 2.0 Team) are offering
teachers an innovative online tutorial that appeals to those who like
to be one step ahead of their peers… and their students. Classroom
Learning 2.0 is FREE, FUN, and a CATALYST for Change.
Join us at http://ctapcl2.blogspot.com/. The "discovery learning"
tutorial on web 2.0 digital tools and curriculum connections runs
from 2/9-6/1/2009. Start anytime. Work at your own pace. To learn
more or register, see CTAP's flyer at http://tinyurl.com/alaru2 or
contact Peggy Ericson atpericson at ctap1.org
We invite you to review and recommend this professional development
tutorial that introduces educators to digital media.
Best wishes.
