[CALIBK12] Breaking up K-6 Collection into 2 Libraries

Please send me your thoughts (and literature to back up them up if possible)
regarding making a second elementary school library (4th-6th grade) separate
from the K-6 library that already exists (which would then become a K-3
library).   I urgently need feedback on whether or not this is a good
idea so that I can present it to our administrators. We are a small
independent school in West Los Angeles.

I really appreciate any responses you can send to me.
