[CALIBK12] 1957 Yearbook Copyright Issue

I have a daughter of an alum who is getting a copy of her father's
yearbook and wants to make a photocopy of the entire yearbook, bind it and
give it to her father. The copy place wants a release from our school and
I'm not sure what the legalities of this are. I would like some feedback
before contacting my district. Thanks, cindy
