[CALIBK12] Angel Girl Controversy

This book is on my next book order. Or, should I say, WAS. 

What made this book?compelling was that it was suppose to be a true story. I know that my students will want to know if the events in the story actually happened.? At an elementary level, I don't see the value in opening Pandora's box regarding the author's fabrications and?his wife's complicity in his lies.?

I will not foist this person's?fantasies on my students.?

To those individuals who?risked death to help the Jewish people survive during World War II, this book is an insult.
