Sadly, I'm housed in So. Cal.  I'm wondering if anyone in So.Cal. is familiar with a similar presentation offered "down" here.

The Association of Children's Librarians of Northern California (ACL)
announces that registration is open for the 22nd annual Performers
Showcase.  The Showcase will be held at the Fremont Main Library, 2450
Stevenson Blvd. , Fremont, CA on Saturday, February 7, 9:00-4:30.  Mail-in
registration forms are available at http://www.bayviews.org/showcase.html.

The annual roundup of children's performers features 32 persons or groups
interested in performing for public libraries, schools, and other
community groups.  Performers may perform only once in a 3-year cycle, and
this year's lineup also includes a large number of performers who are
completely new to the Showcase.  While the $15 admission may be paid for
at the door, there is a cost-break for those mailing in their registration
material ahead of time--a mere $10 admission for a day full of stimulating
engagement with story and song.  Come to the Showcase and book your
special events. This year's lineup includes storytellers, puppeteers,
musicians, magicians and more.  For further information, check the website
