[CALIBK12] "Book Club" with Your Library Staff

Hi CALIBers. I was wondering if any of you do some sort of book club  
with your library staff. My three technicians and I have started  
reading one book per quarter together. We all like to read such varied  
types of books, and two of them rarely or never read an YA literature.  
So, we're trying to select quality YA books that we will not only  
enjoy but can recommend to our students.

Once a quarter we will have a special discussion together (hopefully  
out to a restaurant once in a while) about the book selection. I was  
wondering if you had any advice on how I should facilitate our book  
club get togethers. I know there are guidelines out there on how to  
start and run book clubs, but I think our situation is more casual  
than a larger book club. I would love any suggestions you may have for  
me. Thank you! :)
