[CALIBK12] County TEacher of the Year?

This is one to fight. Does he/she accept your title as "library media 
teacher?" Does he/she not respect the nomination.

Many years ago one of my students complained because he was a school 
librarian in a rural school and Pennsylvania was "forgiving" part of 
teacher's master's loans if they were working in rural schools. They tried 
to turn him down and he had to have a teaching credential as well as the 
library credential. He won his battle. That one had a financial gain. 
While yours hasn't it is something to push lest you not be considered a 
teacher in other situations.
