Thank you to everyone who contributed to this thread. I apologize for  
not answering sooner. The day after I posted this, I went to the  
hospital unexpectedly and had my daughter 2 weeks early! :) She's such  
a joy!

So, I guess I'll be getting back to this discussion piece in April  
when I return to work. Thanks again.
