[CALIBK12] book ideas primary

I have a first grade teacher that is looking for book ideas to go with introducing maps.  She is looking for stories that include a journey/route that the students could then plot on a map.  She has already thought of Ping & Make Way for Duckling.  Do you have a favorite route story?
