[CALIBK12] Query: Interview Quest. Library Systems Admin. Position and Cataloging

Hi Everyone,
 
We are currently revising our interview questions for our Library Systems Administrator position.  The position includes a significant amount of cataloging.  Does anyone have any interview questions or ideas you would be willing to share on either library systems administration or cataloging?
 
We are also thinking about developing a test for this position.  Does anyone have a test they give for a similar position, and if so, what kinds of questions or activities do you have them complete for the test?
 
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
