[CALIBK12] Query: Writing Programs

This is a request coming from my Assistant Principal. I am hoping someone can help me. 

He is looking for an "online program that we can submit a writing sample (essay) and it will analyze the sample and return it with a rubric." 
Evidently he ran into this somewhere, but can't remember where.

Do any of you use anything remotely similar?
