[CALIBK12] Do you know this book?

Looking for the title of a book from probably the 80's or before. A girl 
goes into the woods & finds an abandoned cottage. She brings things to 
beautify it (plants, decorations, furniture, etc.) and makes it her own. 
Any ideas? Thanks!
