To my dear CSLA and CALIBK12 friends,

Today is my last day as District Librarian for the Buckeye School District. After today I will join the ranks of the retired. It is with mixed emotions that I write to say thank you for all the knowledge, camaraderie, support, and humor you have shared so generously over the years, and that have helped me grow professionally and personally. Yes, I'm looking forward to having more time to spend on things I have put off for a long time but it's hard to leave a part of my life that is so much more than just a job. I'll still be on the listserv, still a member of CSLA, but with a new perspective. Maybe I'll even have some wise words to share occasionally from the other side of the fence.

All of you are part of what has made this journey such a gratifying experience. Thank you for everything!!
