This is the part of what Tanya wrote that I responded to regarding my
(emphasis mine):
"On Thursday, MTA (the teachers association) informed us that they had
negotiated with the district for an 8.5 reduction of LMT and 8.0 reduction
of LA."
I understand LMT to mean credentialed teacher-librarian and LA to mean
classified library clerks, or library assistants.
