Dear Friends: Tonight the Mt. Diablo Unified School District will vote
cut all
10 Library Media Teachers at Middle School. Mt. Diablo has been one of
the few
school districts to employ fully credentialed Library Media Teachers at
elementary, middle school and high school level. Needless to say we are all
very upset and perplexed. We have no idea what the rational is for cutting in
this manner. We will be going to the board meeting tonight, so please
everybody
keep a good thought for us.
