[CALIBK12] Hemet Unified votes to cut all LMT positions

Last month, the Hemet Unified School Board voted to cut 28 positions,
which are mostly extra and part-time, except for the full-time high
school library media teacher positions.  Last year, all middle school
librarians were cut, and if it sticks, all four high school librarians
will be cut for the 2009-10 year.  The district had intended to reduce
us to half-time library and half-time classroom this year, but we
negotiated a contract to shuttle between our high school and the middle
schools to offer them some LMT services.
