[CALIBK12] Library cuts and conference

Want to hear something even worse? I was talking to a board member (of
another district) and she said the board use to push all the time for
librarians, but the teachers were the biggest complainers about funding
them. It¹s that parochial thinking that keeps teacher librarians out of the
loop.
