To give you an idea of the astonishing waste:



 34 HUNTINGTON BEACH PUBLIC SCHOOLS
High (8) Middle (6) Elementary (20) 

One city's schools located in 5 different SCHOOL DISTRICTS:

Fountain Valley Elementary
Ocean View
Huntington Beach City Elementary
Westminster Elementary
Huntington Beach Union High

So that is 5 sets of superintendents, district staffs, boards of education, and . . . guess how many LMTs?

                  4 (F O U R) -- split among the high schools

At a very minimum, they could all be divided into 3 unified districts for the 3 cities covered.

That would mean shutting down 2 entire school district organizations.

And this is in a county that brags about being RED and conservative.

I vote for change.
