Calibbers may want to read about how President Obama's ARRA can help
school libraries. Here's a quote from ALA President Jim Rettig, and the
link to the full article is below his quote.

"It is important that library advocates and supporters make sure that
school superintendants, school board members, and their governor
understand the importance of using these funds to invest in our children
by investing in school libraries and librarians," Rettig said.

Now would be a good time to start contacting your own superintendent,
school board members, and Gov. Schwarzenegger to assure that your school
district will get some of this money to support its school libraries.
