[CALIBK12] EBSCO v. USSM???

O, Wise Library Folk:  I've been having an inordinate amount of trouble w/ my EBSCO magazine subscriptions this year-not receiving issues, receiving the proper titles, AND poor customer service. I've just received a quote from US Subscription Media that's a few dollars lower than EBSCO's quote for next year. Do any of you have experience w/ this company? Is it GOOD experience? Please let me know. Thanks in advance...
