You all did so well answering my question regarding Arbor Day and Earth Day read-alouds that I am going to ask another pressing question.  It has come to my attention from our Associate Superintendent that Ed code requires the district to report to the California Department of Education on the condition of school libraries for the preceding year ending June 30. (Education Code 18122).  We have never done this.  Does anyone do it?  If so, what is the proper procedure?  I would greatly appreciate your wisdom on this.  Thank you so much, everyone!
