[CALIBK12] picture book title help

Looking for a picture book that is about two plants (I think, or  it could be two animals).  That are the same plant/animal but grow up in different places so while they are the same they are very different.  It seems this book is on the verge of my brain, I sort of remember something like this... We are looking for the theme of we are all similar around the world, but we are all so uniquely different too.
