[CALIBK12] Poetry Slam Guidelines

A number of people asked me to post guidelines for the Poetry Slam that we just had at my school. Thank you to Doug Achterman for his guidance and Jackie Siminitus for the marketing outline that I used.

I've attached 2 files: the Slam Marketing outline, which contains all the "how to"s with attachments and the participation certificate we gave to students. I just changed the word "participant" to reflect the level of achievement for each student.
