[CALIBK12] Fingerprint Checkout

On Follett-talk this past week there has been some discussion about other
schools who use "fingermap" technology for book checkouts and lunches in the
cafeteria. Apparently cost is based on the scanner (about $475 according to
one source) no the number of students.  Have any of you heard of schools
having success with this?
