I just Googled it.  This is what I found.

Comments: An excellent all-around tape for young and old alike. It has
been used in high schools for several years and contains all the main
points yet is interesting for kids. Adults also like the information.
Narrated by the late Mel Allen of baseball announcing fame, the tape
includes testimonials by several baseball players and has an overall
baseball theme. A must have for any high school or community health
professional.

Subject: [CALIBK12] Stumper/Target: film about chewing tobacco and

I have a staff member who remembers a video about the dangers of chewing
tobacco. She remembers it being narrated by Mel (last name unknown who
died recently), it had Lennie Dykstra, and it included footage of a kid
who had to have numerous throat surgeries for cancer and another teen
who died. 

I cannot figure out the title of this video. She remembers it being on
VHS. Any help on this stumper? Thanks so much!
