[CALIBK12] high school library passes =P

We have a tutorial period 2x a week. Some students are requited to be in a
particular classroom during those periods & all teachers are given a master
list of those names so we know where students should be. The students that
are not required to be in a classroom can either come to the library (to
work or read) or go to the cafeteria (if they want to just hang out). I
make all students sign in and list their purpose for being in the library
when they come in (homework, research, read, etc.). If they have no
legitimate need for the library, I send them to the cafeteria (which is
supervised by admin). If a student is required to be in a classroom but
needs to use the library, they must get a library pass (which I provide to
teachers) from their assigned classroom teacher that states what he/she
needs to work on. This system works well. My library is pretty full during
tutorial periods, but they're all actually working/reading since they know
I'll kick them out if they don't!
