[CALIBK12] California opens the door to free open source digitaltextbooks

HI All
I heard on my radio station, KDFC, that in 2010, with the continued world
wide growth rate of 60% a year, that the internet would seriously slow down,
and that by the year 2015 cyberspace would be so crowded as the render the
internet useless. No sources, but has anybody heard this? (Remember the
few that were saying this economy cannot sustain the huge debt that was
being accrued weren¹t listened to until After the crash.) Anybody know
about this kind of ³cyberspace crowding² research?
