Tanya is hosting a meeting to discuss the state library standards which will be written this summer. Come and participate in the process and join the discussion in Modesto.

Subject: State Library Standards - Meeting

Per Carol Ligon:

Thursday, May 21st will be a voluntary meeting for all Modesto City School library staff and any library staff from surrounding areas wishing to participate.  We will review the process the California Department of Education is using to prepare State Library Standards as requested by the State Board of Education.  An opportunity will be given for comments and suggestions that will be forwarded to Barbara Jeffus. The meeting will be in Staff Development rooms 1 and 2 which are across the street from the district offices at 426 Locust Street.  Please RSVP so that we can prepare the appropriate amount of materials.  We look forward to seeing each of you.
